By accessing and using CraftScore ("Service", "Platform"), you ("User", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

CraftScore is a B2B SaaS platform focused on analyzing GitHub repositories to provide metrics on code versioning behavior, Code Churn, and identifying potential anomalies in the development process of candidates during hiring processes.

2. Acceptable Use and Customer Responsibilities

  • Access and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and the access tokens generated by the GitHub integration.
  • Third-Party Authorization: By using the Service to analyze third-party repositories (Candidates), you represent and warrant that you have all necessary authorizations, consents, and legal rights to grant CraftScore access to this source code and the personal data attached to it.
  • Usage Limits: You agree not to abuse the public repository analysis functionality, respecting the limits established by the platform (Rate Limits) to prevent service degradation.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Your Code: CraftScore does not claim ownership of any source code, Pull Request, or data analyzed through your account.
  • Our Platform: All rights, title, and interest in and to the CraftScore algorithm, dashboard, design, trademarks, and technology belong exclusively to us.

4. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is"

  • Support Tool: The scores and labels generated by CraftScore (such as indicators of AI use or Vibecoding) are based on heuristics and metadata. The Service is provided as an analytical support tool.
  • Hiring Decisions: CraftScore does not replace human judgment. You are solely responsible for any hiring, rejection, or technical evaluation decisions made based on or with the assistance of the metrics provided by our platform. We are not liable for lost opportunities, false positives, or false negatives.

The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if the use of the platform is identified for illegal purposes, reverse engineering, copyright infringement of third parties, or financial default.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or by email.
